Return and Refund Policy
At All of the Above , we want you to love your purchase. Because we are a dropshipping store, all orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our third-party suppliers. We accept returns and process refunds under the conditions below.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. The 30-day clock starts on the delivery date shown on your tracking information.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (including all tags and accessories).
- You must include the original order number and a valid reason for the return.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items
- Hygiene, beauty, or personal care products (opened or used)
- Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel
- Clearance, sale, or discounted items (unless damaged/defective)
- Digital products or gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit at no cost to you (including a prepaid return label in most cases).
Return Process

- We will provide return instructions and (if approved) a return shipping label or address.
- Ship the item back using the provided label or a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- For regular returns (change of mind, size/fit issues): You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- For damaged/defective/wrong items: We will provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- You may receive a partial refund if the item shows signs of use or is missing parts.
- Store credit is often faster and can be used on future orders.
Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement (this is the most efficient way with dropshipping fulfillment).

- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages — please use a trackable shipping method.
- Refunds may take longer to appear on your statement depending on your bank or credit card provider.
